Thai Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango
A delicious Thai dessert made with sweet sticky rice and fresh mango.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice
- 1 ½ cups coconut milk
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 ripe mangoes peeled and sliced
Rinse the glutinous rice until the water runs clear.
Soak the rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Drain the rice and steam it for 20-25 minutes until tender.
In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk, sugar, and salt until the sugar dissolves.
Mix the cooked rice with the coconut milk mixture and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Serve the sticky rice with sliced mangoes on top.
