Thai Spicy Basil Chicken Fried Rice
A delicious and spicy Thai fried rice with basil and chicken.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice preferably day-old
- 1 lb chicken breast thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 Thai bird's eye chilies chopped
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and chilies, stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add chicken slices, cook until no longer pink.
4. Add the cooked rice, stir well to combine.
5. Pour in soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
6. Toss in the basil leaves, stir until wilted.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
