Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, bell peppers, broccoli
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped peanuts for garnish
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  4. 4. Add the cooked noodles to the wok. Pour in the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  5. 5. Serve the noodles hot, garnished with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
