Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the salmon fillets, making sure they are well coated.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
6. Serve the teriyaki salmon with steamed rice and vegetables.
