Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  3. 3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. 4. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the salmon fillets, making sure they are well coated.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. 6. Serve the teriyaki salmon with steamed rice and vegetables.
