Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
2. Add pork chops to the mixture and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
4. Remove pork chops from skillet. Add the marinade to the skillet and bring to a boil.
5. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
6. Return pork chops to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Serve hot.
