Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. 2. Add pork chops to the mixture and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Remove pork chops from skillet. Add the marinade to the skillet and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Return pork chops to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Serve hot.
