  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Salsa

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to the package instructions.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef, sour cream, shredded cheese, black beans, and salsa.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  6. Top with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
