  • 1 package frozen tater tots 32 oz
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the cooked and crumbled bacon, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Grease a baking dish and spread the frozen tater tots evenly in the dish.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots.
  6. Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
