Tater Tot and Bacon Breakfast Casserole
A hearty breakfast casserole with tater tots, bacon, and cheese. Perfect for a weekend brunch.

- 1 package frozen tater tots 32 oz
- 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 6 eggs beaten
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the cooked and crumbled bacon, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Grease a baking dish and spread the frozen tater tots evenly in the dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots.
Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
