Taqueria Style Tacos Carne Asada Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Flank Steak trimmed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 pc Lime juiced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 8 pcs Corn Tortillas
1. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
2. Add the flank steak to the bowl and coat it well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
3. Preheat your grill to high heat. Grill the steak for about 5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
4. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice it thinly against the grain.
5. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
6. Assemble the tacos by placing the sliced steak on the tortillas. Garnish with additional cilantro and lime if desired.
