  • 20 pieces Strawberries washed and dried
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Skewer the strawberries.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves and reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
  3. 3. Quickly dip the skewered strawberries into the sugar mixture, coating them evenly.
  4. 4. Place the coated strawberries on parchment paper to cool and harden.
