Main Ingredients
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
In a mixing bowl, whisk together tahini and water until smooth.
Add lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
