Main Ingredients
- ½ cup tahini
- ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water more if needed
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
In a bowl, whisk together tahini and lemon juice until smooth.
Add minced garlic, olive oil, and water. Whisk until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
If the dressing is too thick, add more water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
