Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Whipped topping
  • 4 Apples, chopped
  • 1 cup Peanuts, chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour, and pineapple juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Stir in lemon juice. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. In a large bowl, combine apples and peanuts. Pour dressing over and mix well.
  4. Chill before serving.
