Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 12 pieces Jumbo Pasta Shells cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir to combine and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped tomatoes.
  5. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the ricotta mixture and place in a baking dish.
  6. Spoon the beef mixture over the stuffed shells.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
