  • 12 oz pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. 3. Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. 5. In a baking dish, combine cooked pasta shells, beef mixture, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
  6. 6. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. 7. Serve with sour cream on the side.
