  • 2 pieces T-Bone Steaks about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. 2. Rub the steaks with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  4. 4. During the last minute of grilling, add minced garlic on top of the steaks.
  5. 5. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
