Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  2. 2. Place the T-Bone steaks in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. 3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for more flavor.
  4. 4. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Remove the steaks from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. 5. Grill or cook the steaks for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  6. 6. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
