Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
2. Place the T-Bone steaks in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are well coated.
3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for more flavor.
4. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Remove the steaks from the marinade and discard the marinade.
5. Grill or cook the steaks for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
6. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
