Szechuan Beef Recipe
A spicy and flavorful beef dish with Szechuan peppercorns and a savory sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef (thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoon Szechuan peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 inch Ginger (minced)
- 1 cup Bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 cup Onions (sliced)
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
2. Add the Szechuan peppercorns and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned.
4. Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute.
5. Add the bell peppers and onions, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
6. Pour in the soy sauce and hoisin sauce, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
