  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • teaspoon Baking Soda

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine milk and sugar.
  2. 2. Heat over medium, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Add butter and baking soda, bring to a simmer.
  4. 4. Reduce heat, simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Remove from heat, let cool. Store in a jar.
