Instructions
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
In a pot, bring the water to a boil.
Add the rice, reduce the heat, and simmer until the rice is cooked and water is absorbed.
Stir in the sugar and milk, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the raisins, nuts, and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Serve warm or chilled.
