Main Ingredients
- 2 large Sweet Potatoes cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the wedges out on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
