Ingredients

  • 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup milk

Topping

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, melted butter, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and chopped pecans to make the topping.
  5. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the sweet potato mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the souffle is set.
