- 2 large sweet potatoes
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Peel and boil the sweet potatoes until tender, then mash them.
In a large bowl, mix together the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
