  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and boil the sweet potatoes until tender, then mash them.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
