  • 1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
