Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, until tender.
Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
Fill tortillas with roasted sweet potatoes, black beans, avocado slices, and cilantro.
Top with feta cheese if using.
Serve with lime wedges.
