  • 6 cups Cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 cups Onions, sliced
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Celery seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine cucumbers and onions in a large bowl.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, mix sugar, vinegar, mustard seeds, celery seeds, and turmeric. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Pour hot mixture over cucumbers and onions. Let cool.
  4. 4. Transfer to jars and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
