  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 1 cup Fresh corn kernels
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a blender, blend the corn kernels and milk until smooth.
  4. Add the blended corn mixture and softened butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
