- 1 cup Cornmeal
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Butter, softened
- 1 cup Fresh corn kernels
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a blender, blend the corn kernels and milk until smooth.
Add the blended corn mixture and softened butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
