  • 1.5 cups Coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, coconut milk, sugar, salt, and water.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and cover.
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  5. Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
