Instructions
In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the cornstarch mixture and whisk until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and let cool. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
