Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the cornstarch mixture and whisk until the sauce thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
