Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Place the pork ribs in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them, making sure they are well coated.
  4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the ribs are tender and the sauce is thickened.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
