Instructions
1. Marinate the pork with soy sauce for 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a wok and fry the pork until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same wok, stir-fry the bell peppers and onions until tender.
4. Add the pineapple chunks, ketchup, vinegar, and sugar. Stir well.
5. Return the pork to the wok and mix well with the sauce.
6. Add the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
