Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks canned or fresh
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Onion cut into chunks

Sauce Ingredients

  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat a wok over medium-high heat. Add a bit of oil and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same wok, add bell peppers, onion, and pineapple chunks. Stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Add the chicken back to the wok. Pour in the sauce and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
