  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add chopped kale to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
