Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Sushi Rice
  • 1 cup Imitation Crab Meat shredded
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 sheet Nori cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds for garnish
  • 2 pcs Green Onions chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sushi rice, rice vinegar, and sugar. Spread the rice mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix the shredded imitation crab meat, mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce. Spread this mixture over the rice in the baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is slightly browned.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with nori pieces, sesame seeds, and chopped green onions.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
