Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Steak Ribeye or your choice
  • 1 lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper To taste
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. 2. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  4. 4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. 5. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  6. 6. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Add butter and lemon juice, stir to coat the shrimp.
  8. 8. Serve the steak and shrimp together, garnished with parsley if desired.
