Simple and delicious icing for sugar cookies.

Icing Ingredients
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 2 tablespoons Light Corn Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Food Coloring (optional)
In a mixing bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
Add corn syrup and vanilla extract, and whisk until icing is smooth and glossy.
If desired, add food coloring and mix until evenly distributed.
Use immediately to ice sugar cookies, or store in an airtight container.
