Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Suet
  • 200 g Flour
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 200 ml Milk

Instructions 

  1. Mix the suet, flour, breadcrumbs, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add the milk and mix to a soft dough.
  3. Place the mixture into a greased steaming basin.
  4. Cover with a lid or a double layer of foil and steam for 2 hours.
  5. Remove from the basin and serve hot.
