Main Ingredients
- 200 g Suet
- 200 g Flour
- 100 g Breadcrumbs
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 200 ml Milk
Mix the suet, flour, breadcrumbs, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add the milk and mix to a soft dough.
Place the mixture into a greased steaming basin.
Cover with a lid or a double layer of foil and steam for 2 hours.
Remove from the basin and serve hot.
