Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon
  • 1 cup Shrimp, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Crab meat
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, breadcrumbs, and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Cut a slit in the side of each fillet to create a pocket.
  4. Stuff each salmon fillet with the shrimp and crab mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed salmon fillets in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
