Stuffed Salmon with Shrimp and Crab

Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon
- 1 cup Shrimp, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup Crab meat
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, breadcrumbs, and melted butter. Mix well.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Cut a slit in the side of each fillet to create a pocket.
Stuff each salmon fillet with the shrimp and crab mixture.
Place the stuffed salmon fillets in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
Serve hot and enjoy!
