Stuffed Peppers with Turkey and Vegetables

Main Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers tops cut off and seeds removed
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a frying pan, cook ground turkey until browned. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
Mix in cooked rice, tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
Stuff the bell peppers with the turkey mixture. Place in a baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
