  • 12 large mushrooms stems removed
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
