Instructions
Spread cream cheese on 4 slices of bread.
Spread strawberry jam on the other 4 slices of bread.
Press the cream cheese slices and jam slices together to form sandwiches.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook sandwiches until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve with powdered sugar and fresh strawberries if desired.
