Stuffed Chicken Breasts Recipe
Delicious stuffed chicken breasts with a cheesy, spinach filling.

- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- ½ cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, and garlic.
Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
