Strawberry Sorbet Recipe
A refreshing and simple strawberry sorbet.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries fresh or frozen
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool.
2. In a blender, combine strawberries, cooled sugar syrup, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until smooth.
