Main Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix plus ingredients listed on the box
- 1 package strawberry gelatin 3 oz
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 oz
- 2 cups milk
- 1 container whipped topping 8 oz, thawed
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare and bake the white cake mix according to the package instructions. Let it cool for 15 minutes.
Using a fork, poke holes all over the cake.
In a bowl, mix the strawberry gelatin with boiling water until dissolved. Add cold water and stir. Pour the mixture evenly over the cake. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
In another bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for 2 minutes to thicken. Spread the pudding over the cake.
Spread the whipped topping over the pudding layer. Top with sliced strawberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
