Ingredients 

Filling

  • 3 cups Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 3 cups Rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch

Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, and cornstarch. Transfer to a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
