- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 cup rhubarb, chopped
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Combine strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the fruit is soft and the mixture has thickened, about 20 minutes.
Let cool before serving. Store in the refrigerator.
