Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler

Filling
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, and cornstarch. Pour into a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk until just combined. Pour over fruit mixture.
Drizzle melted butter over the topping. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
