  • 2 cups Fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cornstarch and sugar.
  2. Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in the sliced strawberries.
  6. Pour the pudding into serving dishes and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
