- 2 cups Strawberries hulled and halved
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens, about 45 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
