  • 2 cups Strawberries hulled and mashed
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a pot.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches a rolling boil.
  3. Continue to boil for about 20 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring to jars.
