Crumble Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
Strawberry Filling
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and sugar for the crumble topping. Add the cold, cubed butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
In another bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well.
Spread the strawberry mixture evenly in a baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the strawberries.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
